Our Story

Belfort was born from a simple frustration: in the complex world of industrial projects, finding a critical piece of information in a 500-page contract felt like finding a needle in a haystack. As engineers and contract owners, we spent more time "Ctrl+F" searching than actually analyzing risks and devising strategies.

We realized that traditional Contract Management meant losing days on manual document review — time that could be better spent on negotiation and value creation. We needed a tool that was not just a PDF reader, but a true analyst capable of understanding the structure of FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke contracts.

So we built it. Combining the robustness of systems engineering with the latest advancements in LLMs and RAG technology, we created Belfort. What started as a personal tool to secure our own projects has evolved into an enterprise-grade solution that transforms a 3-day document review into a 15-minute insight session.
